Welcome to PetalWed. By accessing or using our website and tools, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use PetalWed. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account, including keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@petalwed.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Free and Pro plans
- Free plan. Includes our public tools at
/tools/*and basic dashboard features. No payment required. - Pro plan. Unlocks AI features, partner collaboration, unlimited style boards, and clean exports. Billed via Stripe; you can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass paywalls
- Upload content that infringes others' rights
- Abuse our AI features (Pro) for spam or illegal content
- Resell access to the service
5. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload (guest lists, photos, notes, AI-generated outputs). By using PetalWed, you grant us a limited license to host and process this content solely to provide the service.
6. AI features
AI-generated content (images, text suggestions, plans) is provided as-is and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using it for important decisions. Wedding planning involves significant time and financial commitments — verify dates, vendor information, and budget calculations independently.
7. Affiliate disclosure
Some links on our tools point to third-party retailers. We may earn a commission on purchases made through these links at no extra cost to you. This does not affect our recommendations.
8. Disclaimers
PetalWed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from your wedding planning. Our tools are aids, not professional advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetalWed's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with reasonable notice when feasible.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here and emailed to active users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
